grants super powers

i have lots of super powers. i get most of them by defeating villains who threaten the well being of our nation. such as Ronald Regan. i don't know what super power i got from him but he was a villain. Fred Michiganites he had the power of mind control. he can make you do any thing he want by making eye contact or if you hear his voice so i but on ear muffs and a blind fold and did some crazy kung fu moves and killed him and now i have that power but i don't use because it risks the personal mind control of the victim meaning you some time can't control your own mind get things such as ADDS. i have super strength, my first super power, i was given it by the U.S. government genetic mutation section a project that has millions of dollars spent upon it a year. many of the Villains that i defeat are people who where part of the program that malfunctioned. i am tasked to track down the people who can kill many. the government has many who die when they are born others powers become to much for them to control and they blow part of the building. killing possibly some of the people who like fight fight for the justice and reason. some people will die because of the programs the turn against us and they are the closest people nearby who can stop them and the traitor will kill them. a program called shortstop is being produced. it is a program that is designed to make some of their most trusted workers (myself included) to be able to stop short the power of any of the people (that is where the name comes from). the powers that i have and how to uptain them are classified and anyone knowing that information that is not part of sector 100987 will be kill possible by me. if i reveal any more information i don't know how many super heroes will be fly to me in attempt to eradicate me the threat.
